JDLXP LLC
What's the story behind JDLXP?
Justin built JDLXP out of a passion for business and problem solving.
Every new venture used to mean a new entity, starting from scratch, and rebuilding relationships and accounts every time. JDLXP ends that loop. Lets Justin focus on the problems without the distraction of starting over.
When a venture needs to grow up, the structures are already there to take it further.
It also lets Justin share that work with others through virtual technical leadership and managed service provider relationships.
What Justin brings
Technical Strategy Engagements built on decades of hands-on work. The short version is in the hero. Here is the fuller picture.
-
Software engineering
Justin has lived the full product and software development lifecycle: discovery, architecture, delivery, and the messy middle where systems meet real operators. He also aligns the organization around that work so process efficiency shows up in how software is planned, built, and operated, not only in the code.
- Product thinking paired with engineering depth
- Architecture and delivery habits that survive scale
- Comfort in the gaps between roadmap slides and production reality
- Organizational alignment that maximizes process efficiency in software solutions
-
AI workflow automation
Automation only matters if it still helps after the novelty wears off. Justin designs and builds AI-assisted workflows tied to how a business actually runs, and can stay through implementation when advisory alone is not enough.
- Practical workflows over tool theater
- Advisory that can turn into scoped build work
- Outcomes you can check against the calendar, not a pitch deck
-
Business Outcome Strategies
Strategy here means structuring the company and the bets so waste drops and learning stays cheap. That includes LEAN processes for day-to-day operations, LEAN startup discipline for new ventures, and validated learning through experimentation without burning relationships every time you try again. Justin lines up roles and workflows with the software solutions in play so throughput rises instead of adding process for its own sake.
- LEAN processes that cut waste and keep what works
- LEAN startup habits for new bets
- Validated learning through experimentation
- Structures that keep relationships intact across attempts

Questions people ask
Short answers to what usually comes up before a fit call.
How can Justin manage all of this himself?
He doesn't do it alone. Justin works through existing relationships with engineers, vendors, and service providers, and runs AI automation in his own day to day so one person can cover more ground.
What can I expect on the fit call?
About 30 minutes. Justin listens to the problems your business is facing, says where he can help, and tells you what the next step looks like. Qualification only, no assessment and no deliverable.
What happens after the fit call?
If it looks like a fit, the next step is a paid assessment: 2 to 4 weeks, written, ending in a roadmap proposal. From there it can move into a retainer or scoped build work.
Do you only advise, or do you build?
Both. Advisory can turn into scoped build work when advice alone will not move it.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope. The assessment is fixed price, retainers are monthly, build work is scoped per agreement. Pricing is unique to each situation, so numbers come in writing after the fit call.
What if we are an early startup without much capital?
Pitch it anyway. Justin will listen and will consider sweat equity when the problem is interesting and the terms make sense for both sides.
Is there work Justin will not take on?
Yes. He will not take on work that goes against his principles or that conflicts with an existing engagement or relationship. Trust and integrity matter more than filling the calendar. This is why he uses the fit call to qualify the problem and the opportunity.
Do I need an RFP to start?
No. If you already have one, email it to [email protected]. If you don't, start with the fit call.
